It was looking at dramatically improving their fill rates and simultaneously reducing expiries
They also wanted to streamline their supply chain operations to facilitate the growth.

Mapped the As-Is process and identified gaps
Identified partners for the immediate warehousing and cold chain requirements
Rolled out a Sales and Operations Planning process with a single forecast number driving the supply chain
