- Created a framework for Integrated Planning starting from Construction Master Plan to Chainage level Plan to Camp level material Plan leading to Logistics Plan.
- Development of a mobile based application for real time physical progress reporting from the site integrated with the overall Master Project Plant.
- Institutionalized processes along with necessary systems and control mechanisms to achieve better real-time monitoring of project progress.
- Worked with the client Procurement team to identify material sources along with a clear business case of Total Landed Cost.
- Development of an IT tool for real time monitoring & reporting of material stock position at different camp sites.
